Trekking on Mount Etna and wine tasting

A Unesco World Heritage site, Etna is the highest volcano in Europe and one of the most active in the world. Today you will be climbing to “Schiena dell’Asino”, 2000 meters above sea level, which is a high altitude natural balcony, leaned on the Big Ox Valley. This valley is a deep basin created by the collapse of a part of Etna. Today, lunch will be served in a local winery. In the afternoon, you can either continue to explore Etna or return in Taormina and relax.
